Stranger: It's about collective partnership towards the good
Stranger: Objectively, and there's a lot of data on this, cooperatively ran systems run better, have better hours and better general pay
You: really, you might be talking to the owner of the next tech unicorn. wouldn't you want to make your case now?
Stranger: Pay is a little less consistent, however
Stranger: There are some downsides when you have to contend with outer economic forces
Stranger: Not really, you obviously don't care about these ideas
